    The sun is shining (at the moment) here in the UK, the A - Z is over for another year, work is flooding in and I'm looking forward to more creative writing. Got the idea, now to see if it will transport to (virtual) paper.

    I've taken on additional work at my job this year, which has seriously cut into my writing time. (Gotta pay for a new roof...). So, if it's OK I've linked an older story - but it's a twisted sort of love. Feel free to take it down if it doesn't meet specs :-)

    Dear Denise, Donna, Linda and all other REWers,

    My new version is up. You can read both. Use the same link. Just scroll down. The first story version is short and the second one is long.

    Many thanks to Linda for suggesting that I change the ending and to Nilanjana Bose for encouraging me to do so.

    I don't really have the time to write a long story. But it was fun to write when I finally
    figured out what to do with these characters.

    There may be mistakes in this text. Consider it a first draft. I don't know if this is something that can become a longer work. Too soon to say.

    I just finished reading all the entries. I must say these have been some of the best I have read so far in the RFW. The quality of these excerpts were so polished, emotional, heart felt, and believable.
